Q: Do the hour markers have any lume material or is it scraped off?

According to 2006's invoice it has not been polished. We do not know whether it was polished or not before 2006.

　

Q: Does the 2006 invoice say the case has been polished?

Q: Is the dial original or refurbished ?

Please check new photos. And overhauled menu (2006, by Rolex Japan) is this. crystal change, crown change, tube change, spring bar change, inner parts change,
