There are many shallow scratches ALL OVER on the PLASTIC cover. (NOT crystal,not glass). The plastic cover,crown and inside rubber seal were replaced by Omega Japan in 2010. And "precision" is plus15-25 seconds/day by our timegrapher. We have no idea about product year.
