It announces a new collection every year at Basel Fair, and they also sets a more severe “Grand Seiko standard” (GS standard) than the Swiss chronometer. Well known as snow flake dials, They are manufactured with a unique inspiration even with a simple design.
Since 2017 it has been developed as an independent brand from Seiko to counter the Swiss luxury jewelry watchmakers. The average sales price for Grand Seiko is $3,696.
