In 1917, Fritz, Ernst, Werner, three brothers, established a wristwatch manufacturing factory "Schulp & Company" by refurbishing a part of their parents' house. By the end of the Second World War, it joined the world's largest watch movement manufacturer. In 1983, it was affiliated with the SMH Group (currently Swatch Group). Since announcing Diaster Original watch which adopted a hard metal case for hard to get scratched in 1962, it leads in the anti-scratches watch category. In 1986, it released a ceramic case watch "Integral", and released "V10K" diamond coated case in 2005.
