We track your package, and it is in the Italian customs. We cannot do anything against customs. There is only way to ask customs or Post office from you. But it will take about two weeks for items to arrive Europe almost when shipping in EMS. Since we shipped item from Japan on 2nd Feb., we think it is shipped from customs soon. Best regards,
