RETURNABLE ITEM

If the highest bid price is not satisfying for the seller, the bidder can not purchase the item.
Sometimes it takes a while for the seller to decide whether to sell their items or not.
In the case that there is no reply from the seller within 4 days, you can choose not to purchase the item.

Purchase flow

1. Place a Bid.
2. Become the highest bidder at the end of the auction.
3. The seller decide to sell the watch at your price or not.
   Usually it takes about 2 to 5 days for the seller to judge.
4. You will make a payment when you receive a notice.
5. Timepeaks will ship the item to you.
