Piaget
It is well known as a luxury jewelry maker.
In 1874 Georges Edouard Piaget opened a watch workshop on a family farm.
From the beginning he was focusing on the movement thinness. "Emperador" in 1999 is a reprinted version of ultra-thin winding movement of 2 mm thick, caliber 9P in 1957. In 2002, they developed the first proprietary tourbillon movement, Caliber 600P. This thickness is only 3.5 mm and it’s the thinnest square shaped movement in the world.
Popular models are Altiplano, Dancer, Piaget Polo and Black Tie. The average sales price for Piaget is SFr4,389.
